Congratulations to Jack Dabek and Connor Biernat for reaching the semifinals of Boys 18s doubles at the USTA National Level 2 in Midland, Michigan last weekend. They defeated the 2 seeds and Midwest Closed champion to reach the semis, and fell in a tiebreaker for 3rd place.
The Midwest team finished 3rd at USTA Intersectionals in Shreveport, Louisiana. Robert Cash competed on the team coached by Mark Faber. They defeated Florida to make the semifinals, before falling in a close match to Southern. They bounced back to defeat Texas for 3rd.
Last weekend the Racquet Club hosted Boys and Girls 12s and 16s RCC Slammin Summer Series Compass Draw. Parth Patel won the Boys 16s singles. Rosie Gliatis won the Girls 16s Singles. The Ohio Valley District Championships are coming June 10th – 13th. This is the Qualifier for the Midwest Closed, which starts June 24th.
