Reservations
Seasonal / Permanent courts
We offer seasonal tennis and racquetball reservations (37 weeks), which ensures the same court each week at a reduced court fee. The permanent court time commits the member for that court reservation for the entire indoor season. Permanent court time may be offered for sale at the request of the member. If it is sold, the member will not be billed. Seasonal courts may be booked at any time during the year for the remainder of the season.
One Time Only Courts
One time only court reservations may be made up to seven days in advance. There will be no charge for reserved court time if cancellations are received at least 24 hours in advance. “No shows” or court time cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged at full court rate. We will make every effort to sell court time available due to cancellation within 24 hours. If it is sold, member will not be billed.
Locker Rooms
The Club provides locker rooms for members and their guests. Lockers are for your use only while you are at the club. Locks left overnight are subject to removal.
Payment of Fees
Payments may be made through monthly in-house billing, cash, or personal check. Returned checks will be subject to an $35 charge. Monthly billing payments are due upon receipt. Visa and MasterCard are accepted for pro shop purchases and first time memberships only.
Memberships
Memberships are neither transferable nor refundable, and must be paid prior to use of the facility. Memberships are year-to-date (membership is good for 12 months from the month of enrollment).
Holidays
The Club is open year round except for the following holidays: Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve (close at 4:00pm), Christmas Day, New Years Eve (close at 4:00pm) New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day Weekend, and Independence Day
Summer Hours
During the summer months, the club typically operates under reduced hours. See posted hours.
Guests
Guests of members are welcome. However, to assure our members privileges, guests of Club members are charged a nominal fee of $6 per visits. A guest must be accompanied on the court by at least one member. A person may be a guest at the Club up to three times a year. After three visits, we welcome guests to join the Club. Guests must sign in at the front desk before playing.
Complete Pro Shop
The Club owned and operated pro shop provides a wide selection of racquets, balls, shoes, and clothing at competitive prices. The shop offers twenty-four hour service for stringing and gripping of all racquets. “Demo” racquets may be reserved in advance for a $6 fee per time, which is applicable toward the purchase of a racquet from the Club.
Vending
Soft drinks, juice, bottled water are sold in vending machines. The club provides complimentary ice.
Dress Code
The Club requests a dress code appropriate to the activity and the clubhouse atmosphere. Shoes and shirts must be worn at all times. Shoes must be specifically designed for tennis and racquetball. No black-soled or running shoes will be permitted as they damage the courts.
Lost And Found
Members may inquire at the front desk for items left at the Club. The Club cannot accept responsibility for items lost or stolen.
Children’s Policy
Children under 13 must be under direct supervision of an adult at all times. We find that unsupervised or unattended children of any age can be a disturbance and distraction to other members. No child may go onto the courts except to play tennis or racquetball. Children under 10 years may not use the tennis or racquetball courts unless accompanied by an adult.
Private Party Rentals
Members may reserve all or portions of the Club facilities for Friday or Saturday night parties. The design of the building lends itself to enjoyable large or small parties with the availability of 3, 4, 7, or 10 tennis courts, 5 racquetball courts, 3 wallyball courts, or combination of these. Our management staff can assist you with your beverage needs. Our liquor license prohibits members and guests from bringing their own alcoholic beverages of any kind into the Club. All parties are booked through the main office.
Parking
Please park only in marked parking spaces in the Racquet Club lot. Please do not park in the fire lane. Additional parking is available on the south side of the building. Cars left overnight are subject to towing.
