{"id":3990,"date":"2017-10-27T13:23:21","date_gmt":"2017-10-27T17:23:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/racquetclub1.com\/WP1\/?p=3990"},"modified":"2017-10-28T06:44:15","modified_gmt":"2017-10-28T10:44:15","slug":"girls-state-tournament-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/racquetclub1.com\/WP1\/girls-state-tournament-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Girls State Tournament"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Congratulations to all of the qualifiers to the OHSAA Girls State Tournament last weekend in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ohsaa.org\/Sports-Tournaments\/Tennis-Girls\/Girls-Tennis-2017\/2017-Girls-Tennis-State-Tournament-Coverage\">Mason<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ohsaa.org\/Portals\/0\/Sports\/Tennis-Girls\/2017\/GD1-DBL.pdf\">Division I Doubles<\/a>, the freshman team of Ella Hazelbaker and Noah Mizer (Upper Arlington) fell in a tight match 6-4 in the 3rd set to Massillon Jackson.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/racquetclub1.com\/WP1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/IMGP1064.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-3987\" src=\"https:\/\/racquetclub1.com\/WP1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/IMGP1064-300x128.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"128\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Wendy Shi and Evelyn Holman also qualified from Upper Arlington. \u00a0They were victorious 1st round, making them 2nd team All State. \u00a0They lost in the quarters in a close match to a strong team from Westlake.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/racquetclub1.com\/WP1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/IMGP1110.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-3988\" src=\"https:\/\/racquetclub1.com\/WP1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/IMGP1110-300x210.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"210\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Freshman Maddie Atway from Olentangy Liberty, won the Division I State Doubles Title with Danielle Schoenly. \u00a0They didn&#8217;t drop a set in the tournament and defeated O&#8217;Connor \/ Dhaliwal (Cincinnati Ursuline Academy) in the final.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/racquetclub1.com\/WP1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/IMG_3029.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-3986\" src=\"https:\/\/racquetclub1.com\/WP1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/IMG_3029-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/racquetclub1.com\/WP1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/blog14.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-3989\" src=\"https:\/\/racquetclub1.com\/WP1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/blog14-300x240.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"240\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Congratulations to all of the qualifiers to the OHSAA Girls State Tournament last weekend in Mason.
